A Legal Disclaimer
If you changed your mind about your order or had a mishap doing it, don't worry! You can return products within 14 days.
They have to be in the same condition in which you received them, that is closed and in their original packaging. Remember that if it's a pack, you can't return just some of the products, but the whole pack.
As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund. In order for us to manage it, please email us at info@skinleaf.co with all the details of your order, and we will tell you how to proceed.
Refund Policy - The Basics
1. If you don’t have a customer account or if you wish to make an exchange, pleaser write to info@skinleaf.co explaining which products you wish to return or exchange, the reason for the return and whether the products have been opened. The Customer Love team will be happy to help and advise you.
2. In response to your request, Freshly will provide you with a list of nearby drop-off points where you can leave your parcel.
3. Once you have chosen a drop-off point, you will receive a returns slip by email, which you should print and paste onto your order.
4. When we receive the returned products, we will check their condition and contact you to arrange a refund. Skin Leaf Cosmetics will refund the full amount of the products received.
Important Notice
Don't worry! If this happens, we will take care of the entire process very easily and at no cost to you. Send an email to info@skinleaf.co with the order details and photos where we can clearly see the contents of the order, the boxes, and the shipping label so that we can analyse what might have happened.
IMPORTANT: No action will be taken if the specified photos are not attached, so in case of an error or defect, always keep the packaging until you receive our response.
